Remarks

Rumor has it that the cave used to be a moonshiners hang out. A flow of water comes out of the cave and makes a stream in the valley below. This could possibly be used for hydro power on this off grid getaway. 80 acres m/l has deeded 30 ft access road with a 420 sq foot tiny home set near the middle of the property. The home is fully wired and has instantaneous hot water heater, full kitchen with propane cookstove and even an air conditioning unit. A standard septic system has already been installed. There is no well but you can do rain catchment or get creative and put a “ram pump” on the outflow from the cave.
